How Many Over 65 are Online?

     According to a Pew Research Poll in April, 53% of adults ages 65 and older said they used the internet or e-mail. 

     Though these adults are less likely than all other age groups to use the internet, this represents the first time that more than half of seniors are going online.

     After several years of very little growth among this group, these gains are significant.
