Letter to Editor: Taxpayers Want More Deputies in Calaveras County

    I was surprised to see Al Segalla, who I believe is in charge of some taxpayers group in the county, back up Tryon, who voted against giving us another deputy.

   I think I'm with the majority of taxpayers in this county who don't care how fast realtors sales get recorded, but about protection of our right to property.

   I'm very disappointed that in wanting to defend his friend, he would speak against what us taxpayers need most.
