Panhandler Buys Beer

   A report was made on Sunday, July 30, 2012 to the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office that a panhandler outside the Save-Mart in Angels Camp get money and then comes into the store and buys beer with the change he receives.

    SO what!!! Panhandlers almost always buy frygs or alcohol with the money. Thats why you dont give them money. Next time buy them a sandwich instead.
