Traffic Accident in Valley Springs

   A report of a traffic hazard on Baldwin Street was called in to CHP on August 20, 2012 at 1:06 PM.

   Apparently a black cow is out on the road.  Someone call Cowboy Tyrone! Use caution in the area until the road is clear.
