Guns are exempt! Yes, that what I said. The Supervisors have made shooting and guns totally exempt under this ordinance.
There is nothing more jolting to the nerves of a neighbor than the sound of gunfire.
I think they need to have a psychological checkup. No, they need to be kicked out of office.
Guns and barking dogs, cannons and all shooting is exempt? You people are totally screwed.

With this Sheriff, most of his bst friends seem to be criminals who shoot.

The County Counsel stated that all 5 Supervisor wanted shooting to be exempt from the noise ordinance. Is that true?
ReplyDeleteCallaway made sure and tried to get federal and state lands put into the noise ordinance as exempt. Why is she protecting the gunfire problem. she was talking about CandyRock quarry.

ReplyDeleteIf you leave anything up to the descretion of the Sheriff, you're in trouble. I think this sheriff kuntz has a problem. He is friends with the wrong people, and that is how his discretion works. Are you my friend or what.
ReplyDeleteFor those who didn't know, they now have passed off the gunfire noise to the firearms code 9 or something like that, which says nothing about noise bothering others. Callaway nodded her agreement with that. Gunfire is still exempt.
