Road Blocked on O'Byrnes Ferry Dr.

  September 26, 2012 at 1:50 PM:  No, it's not a BUMP party, but CHP received a complaint that tourists have parked their van and are out taking pictures at Obyrnes Ferry Rd and Hwy 108.
