Traffic Hazard at Hwy 12 and 49

  September 26, 2012 at 8 AM:   Use extra caution in the Hwy 12 and 49 area as a traffic hazard was just reported to CHP. A red Toyota appears to be abandon at that location.

   CHP is enroute to the scene.
