Woman Slapping Herself?

    The Calaveras County Sheriff's Department got a call on September 15, 2012 from someone on Hwy4 at Manual Rd in Arnold that a woman is slapping herself.

   Is that against the law? We're not sure!  No arrest was made or citation issued.
