Three Arrested in Mountain Ranch

    Miguel Topete Lopez, 28 of Pittsburg, was arrested on Oak Lane in Mountain Ranch for
alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Prohibited Possession of Ammunition, and Manufacture of a Controlled Substance, all felonies.

   In addition Lopez was alleged to Possess unlawful Paraphernalia, Possess Marijuana over 28.5 grams, and Obstructing a Public Officer, all misdemeanors.

   Lopez was booked into the Calaveras County Jail on October 16, 2012.

   At the same time, William Clarence Underhill, 61 of Mountain Ranch was arrested for allegedly being a Felon in in Possession of a Firearm, a felony.  He was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.

   Also arrested at the time was Charlotte Louise Underhill, 58 of Mountain Ranch, for allegedly being Under the influence of a Controlled Substance and POssessing Marijuana over 28.5 grams, both misdemeanors.

   Underhill was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released with a citation.
