Yet another traffic accident is now being cleared that occurred around 12:15PM at Hwy 4 at Black Springs in Ebbetts Pass.
A tow truck was called and CalTrans was notified, most likely for sand on the icy road. Use extra caution in the high country as low temperatures make for slippery conditions.
