Car Partly Blocking Hwy 4 at Big Trees

   UPDATE:  3 PM:  Hazard has been cleared.

   CHP received a report at 2:40 PM  that a vehicle is partly blocking Hwy 4 at Big Trees Parkway. A unit is enroute to that location.
