Chains Required on Hwy 4

   This morning, December 23, 2012 at 9 AM, CHP has chains required on Hwy 4 from Mill Creek to Mt Reba.

   This is a calm before the storm that is due in Ebbetts Pass and Calaveras County in the next hour or so
