After a quiet morning, the snow began falling again in Ebbetts Pass and CHP began getting calls around 3 PM.. At 3:25 PM a caller notified the CHP of a common problem in the winter.
Cars are stopped along Hwy 4 near Upper Moran Road to get out and play in the snow, creating a traffic hazatd.
There has been no snow lower than 4000' so far Christmas Day.
