Hwy 88 Blocked by Big Rig

   CHP reports that a big rig is blocking Hwy 88 at the Carson Spur. Pulling trailers, he appears to be broken down or bogged down in snow.

   A CHP unit is enroute to the scene. The Spur has been closed off and on all day due to avalanche controls.
