Why so many reporters are interviewing the NRA's number 1 lobbyist, who makes at least a million a year promoting the sale of guns for manufacturers,
is not at all easy to understand.
Do they actually believe that this man will risk his million dollar salary and admit that guns cause shooting deaths? Of course not!
Even when CNN's Don Lemon became emotional about the deaths of the children and told LaPierre that after Aurora he went to Aurora, got a drivers license, walked into a gun store and bought the same assault rifle with no questions asked, LaPierre didn't seem to blink.
Lemon told LaPierre that he mentioned that he had no idea how to use it and that he wasn't sure what to do, they sold him the weapon without any problems.
LaPierre keeps mentioning some anti-second amendment group out there that wants to take away everyone's guns.
What there is out there is actually an anti-child killing group, but he doesn't care that this is the REAL group. This is about money and nothing else for he and the manufacturers of weapons.
When Lemon questioned the psyche of anyone who would run out and buy more of these weapons after a mass shooting of children, LaPierre reiterates that they are afraid of losing their guns.
We agree with Lemon. Anyone who runs out and buys more guns after 20 innocent children are killed with this type of gun, has a severe psychological problem.
Does the NRA perpetuate these paranoid fears. We believe they do! Gun manufacturers make more money after a mass killing that during regular times. This is SICK in many American's opinions!
Anyone with any good sense can agree with that. Guns kill people, animals, guns are made to kill! We have to control them. I think these gun people are total nut cases!
