Spellman says everyone needs to follow codes, except....

   We were shocked to hear Supervisor Spellman at the December 11, 2012 Board of Supervisors meeting, state that he feels it is important
for everyone to follow codes; it's just too bad that he apparently doesn't feel he himself has to follow even simple codes of honor.

   It is the opinion of the Sierra Sentinel that Supervisor Spellman may never even understand what a code of honor towards women is and we are well aware that he doesn't follow basic respect guidelines.
