Traffic Accident in Arnold

  UPDATE:  At 1:30 PM tow truck says they have to stop and chain up before coming any closer.

   A traffic collision was reported on El Dorado Drive in Arnold at 11:30 AM. No injuries have been reported.

   CHP is enroute to the scene.
