Traffic Hazard on Hwy 49 at Cosgrove

   A traffic hazard was reported on Hwy 49 and Cosgrove at 2:30 PM. A maroon Chevy pickup partially on the road and is out of gas.

   A tow truck has been dispatched. CalFire is assisting in traffic control. CHP is enroute.
