Letter to Editor: Blue Tarp Affair?

  Dear Editor:

  Have been trying to figure out what is going on in the Blue Tarp thing. The main feeling I get out of this is that some guy must be fooling around with his friends sister, or wife. Is that what this is all about? I love it anyway, as it makes me howl with laughter.
