Supreme Court Decision on Health Care

We commend Chief Justice
Roberts for his courage and
honor to do what was right.
   After months of anticipation, the highest court in the land this morning, June 28, 2012, announced the Supreme Courts' decision that President Obama's Health Care Plan is NOT unconstitutional.
   In a surprise to many Republicans, Chief Justice Roberts was said to be the swing vote on the panel.
   This decision paves the way for historic health care reform to continue over the next few years.
     Ami Bera, candidate running for Congress against Lungren put it best;
"Today, Chief Justice John Roberts set aside politics to do what he thought was right. That is something that Dan Lungren would never do."
