Vehicle hit a Dog in Mokelumne Hill

  A vehicle called CHP to report they hit something at Hwy 49 and Campo Seco Turnpike in Mokelumne Hill at around 7:45 PM on September 28, 2012.

    CHP say that a person in a blue Toyota hit a dog and they can hear it crying, but can't find it. A unit is enroute to the scene.

    CHP is responding to an accident involving at least two vehicles on Hwy 49 at the 13 curves in Mokelumne Hill.

  Two vehicles are blocking a lane, a 4 w/d Suburban and a motorcycle. A gold Acura 4/d is off the road. An ambulance in now enroute to the scene.

   Use extra caution if driving in that area.

    I am so shocked at the City of Angels Camp. They are going ahead and holding some kind of party tomorrow for themselves, as it celebrating their firing of the best museum person this town is likely to ever have.
