Traffic Accident at Hwy 4 and Hunt Rd.

    At 6:20 PM  a traffic accident was reported at Hwy 4 and Hunt Road in Copperopolis.

    An ambulance and CHP unit are enroute to the scene.  Apparently it was a solo vehicle, a black sendan that spun out and is blocking the highway.

    Use extra caution if driving in that area.

Gate Open/Cows in Roadway on Hwy 4

   October 7, 2012 at 6:13 PM:  CHP received a call that one cow was out in the road creating a hazard on Hwy 4 at Main St. and that the gate is open where several other cows are standing.

   A unit was dispatched and they were trying to locate the owner.

   Come on, Cowboy Tyrone.  Get your horse and go get 'em.

President Clinton Coming to Davis / Obama to Stockton area

   We received a press release that Tuesday, October 9, 2012,   President  Clinton will be in Davis for a campaign event to endorse Ami Bera for Congress.

    Then we found out that President Obama is coming to the San Joaquin Valley to dedicate a memorial to Cezar Chavez. Later he has a fundraiser in San Francisco.

    If you've ever wanted a chance to see him speak in person, the public is invited between 10 AM and 1 PM to the University campus.
