Colin Kaepernick--#7--!st NFL Start

  UPDATE:  In case you weren't watching, the Niners won the game 32  7. The Niners defense was all over the Bears offense, never allowing them to get anything going.

    Who is Colin Kaepernick was the first question some asked at the start of tonight;s 49ers game against the Chicago Bears.

   I don't think anyone will ever ask that again. The 49ers, led by Kaepernick, are literally skinning the Bears. The score in the first half is 20-0.

Jessica Fabro Lost in Tragic Hwy 4 Fatality in Avery

     Per a new CHP report, on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 1:25 PM, Jessica Fabro, 20 of Murphys was driving a 2002 Honda Civic on Hwy 4 eastbound near Red Tail Hawk Rd. in Avery at an unknown speed.

Hostess Unions Agree to Mediaton

   Suddenly, this morning, the Hostess workers union agreed to mediation with management to try and avoid a complete shutdown of the company. They got enough publicity this week.

    Interior Secretary Ken Salazar has made three new appointments to the Bureau of Land Management's Central California District Resource Advisory Council, which advises the BLM on public land issues.
