Chains required on Hwy 4 and Hwy 88

   Be cautious this morning. Hwy 4 in Ebbetts Pass is mostly ice, and chains are required from Tipton House to Mt. Reba.

   On Hwy 88 chains are required from Dew Drop to Lumberyard.
