Debris on Hwy 4 in Murphys

   At 10:45 AM:  Someone has dumped debris on Hwy 4 just above Murphys on Hwy 4 at Utica Powerhouse Rd. per a CHP report.

   An officer is enroute to the location to remove hazard.
