Traffic Hazard at Obyrnes and Hwy 4

     At 4:35 PM a traffic hazard was reported to CHP at Obyrnes Ferry Road and Hwy 4 in Copperopolis. It isn't yet clear what the hazard it, but CHP is enroute to that location.
