Traffic Hazard in Murphys

  At 3:15 PM  CHP was  notified of a traffic hazard at Hwy 4 and Utica Powerhouse Rd in Murphys. A cream colored Volvo is partially blocking the road.

   A CHP unit is enroute to the scene.
