Traffic Hazard on Hwy 4 at Big Trees Parkway

   9:20 AM:  CHP has received a report of a traffic hazard at Hwy 4 and Big Trees Parkway in Ebbetts Pass.

   Apparently, a vehicle is partially blocking the road. CHP has dispatched a tow truck to that location.
