Beagle at Hwy 49 and Toyanza

   UPDATE: 8 AM The Hwy is now clear of beagle

CHP received a call at 7:40 AM that there is a beagle in the road at Hwy 49 and Toyanza in San Andreas. Be cautious if headed to work in that area.
