Cow at Hwy 4 and Telegraph Rd

    At 6:05 PM a black and white cow was reported to CHP in Copperopolis at Hwy 4 and Telegraph Rd. A local rancher was called and is enroute to the scene.

   An officer is enroute to that location. Use caution if driving in that area.
