Cow on Hwy 26 at Hogan Dam Road

    CHP received a call at 3:08 PM that a cow is out in the road at Hogan Dam Rd and Hwy 26 in Valley Springs.

   Big Game Hunter Spellwoman is on another vacation so CHP will have to handle it.
