Trafic Hazard: Cow out in Campo Seco

   A cow was reported out on Campo Seco Road and Watertown Rd in Campo Seco at 10 AM. At 11 AM, a truck and trailer was located and the owner of the cow was found. Road cleared as of 11 AM.
