Horse in the Road in Wilseyville

   UPDATE: 8 AM:  Sheriff's Office unable to locate horse owner in livestock book.

   lA horse was reported in the middle of the road on Hwy 26 and Sandy Gulch in Wilseyville at 7:35 AM. CHP is enroute to the scene.
