Who Will Spellman Accuse of Coup Tomorrow?

   The Calaveras Board of Supervisors returns after three more weeks off, and the question going around the county is:

   "Who will Spellman accuse of a coup or a political hack job tomorrow?"  We'll have to wait and see.
