Another accident at Hwy 26 and 99 Freeway

   Another accident has been reported at Hwy 26 and 99 Freeway in Stockton. This one reported no injuries.  CHP is onscene.

   Heads up if you're headed that way. Traffic is slowed to a crawl, creating a hazard between Stockton and Manteca.
