Man drops effort to evict cat...

   After an uproar from the public, Pat Higgins has dropped his effort to have Penny evicted from the Swansea public library.

   When 1800 people signed a petition to save Penny, Mr. Higgins, who apparently has allergies, gave up.

   It seems the residents of Swansea would rather evict Mr. Higgins.
