Traffic Hazard in Avery

    UPDATE:  By 7:55 P M CHP  cleared the problem off the road.

   A person was reported at 7:25Pm, apparently jumping out in front of vehicles on Hwy 4 at Avery Hotel Road. CHP is enroute.

   Use extra caution if headed in that direction.
