Cow on Campo Seco Rd

   CHP was notified at 5:09 PM that a black cow is on Campo Seco Rd at Arkansas Road in Campo Seco.  This has been an animal day in the Valley Springs area.

   CHP is enroute. Use caution if in the area. And don't tell the Big Game Hunter.
