Tractor vs car on Hwy 4 at Jack Tone Rd.

   4-23-13: At 2:21 PM Stockton CHP were dispatched to the scene of a dark colored Dodge vs tractor below Farmington at Hwy 4 and Jack Tone Rd.

   Both vehicles are out of the road and no injuries were reported.
