Lodi man arrested at Hogan Observation Point

   Andrew Scott Wathen, (29) of Lodi, was arrested on Sunday May 19, 2013 at Hogan Observation Point for allegedly having a Concealed Firearm on him, a felony.

   Wathen was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff's Deputies.
