Penalty Phase of Arias trial gets bomb threat

   The penalty phase of the Jodi Arias trial has been postponed due to a bomb threat from a man holed up in a Phoenix hotel. He was apprehended.

    The same jurors who convicted her will decide her penalty, which could be life or death.
