Traffic hazard on Hwy 4 at HIghland Lake

   At 11:50 AM on May 16, 2013, a traffic hazard was reported to CHP on Hwy 4 at Highland Lake Rd in Ebbetts Pass above Arnold.

   CHP is enroute to that location. We are unsure of what type of hazard at this time. Use caution in that area.
