Traffic Hazard in Vallecito

  June 21,2013 at 6 AM:  A traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 4 at the Vallecito Bypass Rd in Vallecito.

    It isn't yet clear what the hazard is. Be extra cautious in that area until CHP clears.
