Traffic Hazard near Hathaway PInes

   CHP received a report of several cars pulled to the side of the road on Hwy 4 due to a large animal lying in the ditch nearby. It is unclear if the animal was hit by a car.

  An officer is enroute to the scene. Use extra caution if in that area.
