Another Edward Snowden document released/NSA makes changes

Whistleblower Edward Snowden turned over to the Guardian a copy of a top-secret document
used by the NSA, which allows them to search American's emails and phone records without a warrant.

According to the Guardian, a rule change that was approved in 2011 is the source of the change in NSA's policies.

It's no wonder they want him. He keeps leaking thing out that are embarrassing for our government and the President.

Now the NSA has announced that they plan to eliminate about 90% of their system administrators to reduce the number of people with access to secret information.
