Hit and Run on Hwy 99 at Farmington Rd exit

    September 17, 2013 at 12:50 PM:  CHP are responding to a reported hit and run at Hwy 99 and the Farmington Rd exit (Hwy 4) in Stockton.

    No injuries have been reported. Use extra caution if driving in that area.
