Man wandering on roadway in Jenny Lind area

   CHP is en route to Milton  Rd and Opal Lane near Jenny Lind, where a man is wandering in and out of traffic.

   Reportedly a mail carrier gave the man some water but the man seems out of it and may get hit by traffic.
