Morgan Fire Update Septembe 9, 2013

   As of 7 PM September 9, 2013 the Morgan Fire on Mt Diablo has grown to 3718 acres and is 20% contained.

   At 6 PM the CalFire Incident Management Team  # 4 took over command.
