Traffic Hazard: Dog on Hwy 12 at River

   September 15, 2013 at 11:07AM:  Use extra caution when driving on Hwy 12 near the Mokelimne River, as it was just reported that a big black and white dog in on the roadway.

   CHP has been notified and they are en route.
