Traffic Hazard in Cottage Springs

  September 7, 2013 at 10:40 AM:  A traffic hazard was reported to CHP on Hwy 4 just south of  Cottage Springs.

    CHP is en route to the scene. It isn't yet clear what the hazard is, but be careful in that area.
